Regimental Banners
Regimental Standards for Army, Flight, Flak and Paratroop regiments are large (4′ x 4′) and very impressive. There is also a ‘Swallow Tail’ version. Hand constructed from heavy silk with heavy bullion silver thread embroidery and aluminum trim borders. Obverse displays heavily embroidered eagles. Reverse features a central iron cross. These standartes are sometimes unit marked with an embroidered identification.
