Maker: Rhein-Metall Borsig (RMB) AG

The RMB eagles have one set of markers on them. The makers mark is on the bottom part of the body – above the swastika and wreath. (from the back).
A – Body markings
These marking were all indented.
1 – Makers Mark – Indented two circles combined with the names of the companies. The words RHEIN and METALL are positioned in a square in one circle. The word BORSIG is positioned in the second circle that has 3 rings.
2 – Material: Two versions exist – both indented.
- GAL Mg (Hy) (The composition of the material used to make the alloy – Aluminium, Magnesium, Hydronalium). Note the dash between GAL and Mg. Hy has a left hand side bracket and is followed by a period
- GAL Mg (Si) (The composition of the material used to make the alloy – Aluminium, Magnesium, Silicon). Note the dash between GAL and Mg. Si is enclosed in brackets.

- No RZM or BER/BERL designation is included on these eagles.
