Here is a heavily stylized Third Reich period wall eagle that once hung proudly from the wall of an Elementary school hall in the Medieval town of Boppard, Northern Germany. It is a fine example of a unique hand-crafted eagle made of bronzed iron by a master sculptor. Despite the body and the wings of the eagle being hollow, it weighs in at a hefty 20Kgs/ 40 pounds.
