Aluminum Kroll Opera House Style Wall Eagles:

Availability: Scarce

Sizes: The RZM 3/82 Gruber & Co. Wein (RENO) Aluminum Kroll eagles are commonly found in 3 sizes with the head facing either left or right:

    • Small 12″ wingspan
    • Medium 18″ wingspan
    • Big 25″ wingspan
    • Large 38″ wingspan

Examples: 25inch wingspan, 8.5 inch height

Example below: 18″ by 6″ including original mounting studs. Also details of a capture tag from the veteran that obtained it in May 1945

Example: 152cm x 55cm, 8Kg, made of several pieces, a three-dimensional eagle of sheet metal, hollow back with three fastening holes. Rumoured to originally have come from the gau administration of Kärnten, Austria.

Bronze Kroll Opera House Style Wall Eagles:

Sizes: The RZM M3/86 Rudolph Menschiga Bronze Kroll style eagles can be found in a medium size (very rare) & the more commonly seen large size 38″ (95cm) wingspan:

The Kroll shown below is a bespoke example in bronze. The wingspan is -14″ and the manufacturer is currently unknown.
