Multi-piece construction, cast alloy silver finished with three-dimensional details on obverse, wings separately bolted to body. Dual threaded posts for mounting.
One example has minor damage with one chip in wing tip, and two minor cracks (possible repair) in wreath of swastika, neither directly visible from obverse view.
