This style of eagle originates from a Kurt Schmid-Ehmen design – more details here. The below eagle is a Bronze example with the Artist’s signature “Schmid-Ehmen. München” on the left wing. The wall eagle is 53.5cm High by 102cm wide. It is possible the solid metal (silver appearance) example above may have been made under licence from the original design below.
